WorkFlow

T3 offers a comprehensible Work Flow module which logically interlinks the different terminal roles like back office – gate operators – reachstacker/tug operators, tallymen and more.

It enables your employees to concentrate on their tasks rather than working on unproductive paperwork. WorkFlow, a fully T3-embedded module improves your efficiency and effectiveness significantly.
Terminal events can be registered in real-time with no need for retrospective data entry. Event reporting to lines and invoicing are therefore always up-to-date.

Combined with the handy company internal Messenger feature, information can be posted to all or selected persons. New messages automatically appear in the Terminal Task List. Instructions cannot be misunderstood nor forgotten, unlike when transmitted by radio.

WorkFlow features reduce interfering radio communication to a minimum.

Contracts

With T3 you are able to invoice all types of terminal customers, even for services that are offered outside your terminal boundaries. Invoicing is based on individual price schemes with automatic and case specific charges.

Typical contract types are container owners, consignees, shippers, port authorities or transporters. Each customer type has its typical cost type set.
If you wish to add more cost types depending on special terminal events, the Conditional Invoicing feature gives you nearly unlimited freedom to charge your customers for existing and yet to introduce new cost types.
All agreed prices are stored in T3s comprehensible contract management module with advanced price model options.

Smart rulesets split for example storage days automatically between container owner, consignee and shipper contracts, based on your individual configurations.
Also costs related to additional modules such as Maintenance & Repair, External Actions, Gates Access etc. are invoiced the same way. This allows you to keep track on all invoice types at one single place in T3.

Invoicing

With T3 you will achieve maximal income for your services and keep track of all cost elements.

T3 offers automatic invoicing, so-called Scheduled Invoicing. Pre-define what cost elements that shall be invoiced for which contracts and period. T3 produces then these invoices automatically and makes them available in the ‘My invoices’ overview the next day. The invoices can be controlled and edited before sending them to your customers.

If you offer your terminal customer an Online account for self-service the eInvoicing feature lets you share invoices with your customer on the same T3-platform. The whole process of submitting, controlling and confirmation with PO reference is nicely supported.

Greenwave offers invoicing integration with your accounting system. Our flexible data transfer interface allows data exchange based on your requirements. Contracts and pricing are a dynamic affair and require tailor made data transfer to your accounting system. Reporting

We understand the need for real-time information for your internal operation. Shipping lines also require and depend on accurate real-time information for their equipment and vessel planning.

Our extensive and flexible Report Generator gives you the total freedom of filtering and combining diverse parameters in order to get a most exact result in your Stock or Movements reports.

Create personal or company templates for repeating ad-hoc searches.

Our Auto-report feature will save you uncountable hours. Set up automatic Movement and Stock reports for your terminal customers or users, each with their individual information and time schedules – then forget reporting! T3 takes over your reporting tasks.

Each container ID is clickable and leads to the entire movement history including log of generated EDI messages, EIR, damage reports and more.

Search

The extensive Search function allows you to quickly find information about containers or other equipment. Possible search criteria are equipment IDs, booking references, voyage numbers, etc.. Even free text search in comment fields is possible. None of our users ever complained about too little search possibilities.

Container IDs matching the search criteria are clickable throughout the whole system and instantly reveal the whole life cycle information.

Self-service accounts

Give your terminal/depot customers 24/7 self-service access to real-time data related to their equipment. The online account offers Search, Stock and Movement report functionalities similar to your own terminal T3-account.

It minimizes customer inquiries for common operational questions and frees your employees from unproductive work.

This self-service account opens possibilities for co-operation between you and your customer, since both accounts are located on the same cloud-platform.

Imagine your customer placing empty bookings right into your Booking Administration module! And what about a system supported invoicing process, or letting consignees tag incoming containers with their “Consignee ID”?

This account type can be extended with other customer specific functionalities.

MIS – Management Information System

Instantly feel the pulse of your operation and take decisions based on actual information compared with historic data.

The MIS consists of three major sub-services:

• Advanced statistics

• Auto-management reporting

• Scorecards

The Advanced Statistics service allows you to create recurring automatic statistics, where you can define templates for often used statistics. T3 sends these on the scheduled time to the defined recipients by email. Statistics can be created based on a rich choice of parameters. For a perfect visual result, the graphs can be modified with the built-in graphical editor. Choose from 2D or 3D views, all angles, colors and other options.

To save time for repeating manual creation of monthly, quarterly or yearly management reports, T3-MIS offers Auto- management reporting. Periodic reports are created once and saved as management report templates. The structure and content will remain the same for each period, but data is automatically actualized for the new period. Then the new report can be edited and shared with others electronically on the T3-platform.

If you need a tool to allow rapid corrective actions based on actual data, then the Scorecard feature is for you. First, define a set of terminal specific Key Performance Indicators KPI. Then define the threshold values for  each of the KPIs. Whenever a threshold is exceeded, T3 gives you an alert either by email or a clear indication on your Smartphone.

C3 – Customs Clearance Control

C3 helps you simplify the administration of customs relevant information and documentation. To comply with Customs Regulations you don’t have to file and archive paper documents any longer.

Audits by representatives of the customs authority can easily be carried out electronically right in the C3-module. Filter and search functions lead directly to the information in question. The source for customs relevant information are manifests from shipping lines.

C3 is able to receive manifests by EDI. The file-importing process is highly supported by smart functions for commodity and consignee matching. The right matching is crucial for subsequent transactions at your terminal.

If C3 is used in conjunction with Yard Planning, these matches have direct impact on the containers stacking order. An inconsequent stacking may then cause problems for the delivery. C3 also helps to minimize this risk.

C3 also allows you to predefine the container target stacking location before a vessel call. These “stacking hints” can of course be changed during the vessel call.

Even though customs clearance administration is quite a complex matter, C3 is making it easy with its intuitive functions. All information is logically interlinked and be found within seconds.

Automated Gate solution

Our Automated Gate solution consists of the modules GateBooking and GateAccess. They are naturally embedded in the T3-suite and are efficiently orchestrating in and out passages.

A costly integration with a third-party GOS supplier is unnecessary since both GateBooking and GateAccess are operated on the same platform as your TOS.
If you already have a Gate solution, but want to replace your TOS, we have also experience in integrating 3. parties GOS.

Transporters can pre-book arrivals on www.gatebooking.com. Transport companies with frequent transports to your terminal can get their own T3-transporter account with full administration of accredited trucks and drivers, transport order production and activity history. Occasional transporters can use the public gatebooking-feature without necessary login.

Transporters choose arrival time, create ISPS documentation and generate transport orders in one place at the same time.

The handout of full containers require accomplished customs clearance as well as the approval from your side. The entrance PIN is only made available to the transporter after you having confirmed the gatebooking. The more pre-booked transports, the easier to plan resources at the gate and container yard.

The GateAccess module is the connector between the physical installations at your gate, the GateBooking module and your TOS. GateAccess orchestrates kiosks touch screens, intercoms, printers, OCR cams, barriers, traffic lights, signs etc.

Our gate kiosks are produced and assembled in Oslo based on our customers specifications. The standard kiosk tower, consisting of several modules, can be modified in dimensions and color to fit in the local conditions and esthetical requirements.

Our fully IP supported Gate Solution empowers your gate personnel to operate everything remotely. Answer intercom support calls on a Smartphone as phone call, call to the integrated App or via a web-browser on a stationary or mobile PC. The Gate Solution gives you the freedom to extend opening hours without the need of being at the terminal.
We also offer Gate Solutions for multi-terminals.

Yard Planning

Yard Planning allows planning of future container arrivals primarily based on booking references. This is the reason why the Booking Administration module is so closed related to the Yard Planning functionalities.

T3 automatically calculates the optimal yard placement for export containers based on several parameters. But the user is still free to overrule the systems suggestions.

In order to see the big picture of the future utilization of your yard, a graphical capacity status for chosen cells is presented. More details are shown by clicking on a cell.

Yard Control

Maximize your storage utilization and attract more business on the same space. Yard Control allows smarter stacking of incoming containers and therewith minimizing shifting and travel distances when picked up again.

Shorter turn-around times, significant reduction of fuel consumption, less wear and tear of lifting gear through less shifting and smarter use of human resources are key arguments for the use of this module. You are free to define stacking methods based on rows or bays.

We offer RTG and rRTG functionality with special graphical real-time top and side views. These views provide a remote operator with information about the exact position of the crane, the spreader, the container on the spreader and target cell, in addition to the position cameras. Our RTG functions allow even combined reachstacker activity in RTG-cells, of course with security limitations defined by you.

Advanced stacking rules related to size, type, booking reference, consignee, destination etc., can be combined and prioritized based on your local operational requirements.

The web-based graphical yard view serves as working tool with extensive search options to see results right in the stack with color codes. Units can be picked and moved by establishing relocation tasks in graphical yard view. A handy tool for housekeeping!

Vessel Planning

The fully graphical views let you easily load and unload vessels. You can rearrange load lists within seconds. Establish load, unload or shifting tasks by clicking the containers and keep track on task statuses during the entire process.

Vessel, Yard Planning & Control work hand in hand.

Mark containers to be loaded in the Vessel view and your Yard view will automatically show where to find them, in the right work order too.

Forget the old paper based load and discharge lists! It’s all in T3, ready to be taken advantage of.

The handy vessel layout function lets you easily create exact stowage cells for vessels calling your terminal. The system helps you identifying deviations between incoming load or discharge lists.

The graphical vessel view gives full insight in the load/unload process throughout all process stages, from STS crane to reachstacker/tractor and RTG.

Maintenance & Repair

Create new repair cases on your smartphone when discovering a damage. Take pictures and add comments, all in our mobile app. Damage information gathered in the field can later be completed with material and labor cost estimates.

The M&R module supports electronic communication between container owners, repair shops and your terminal, either via EDI or all involved parties co-operate on the same platform through their T3 accounts.

It is nicely embedded in the T3 suite and uses the same invoicing functions for used material, labor and other costs.

M&R cases are archived and easily retrievable.

Reefer Control

T3 offers a comprehensible web-app to make control readings possible on your mobile phone. The full reading history is then displayed in the EIR (Equipment Interchange Report).

Update container temperature, alert status and add comments to a container while you are controlling the plugged containers.

Each container on your control list displays the remaining time until the next control is due or how much time that has elapsed since the last control.

Comprehensible icons on the dashboard indicate clearly when new control readings are due.

Multiple-site terminals

T3 was built as a multi-terminal TOS, right from the beginning!

This allows Headquarter to actively monitor stacks and cargo operation from one single point of entry, the HQ-account. Cooperate seamlessly! – Terminals in the same organization are able to share information and transfer tasks between sites. This opens for a centralization of container bookings, invoicing, reporting, gate management and much more. Users of the same organization are able to enter and retrieve information of all or selected terminal sites.

Double registrations of container IDs, drivers, trucks etc. is a pain of the past and working on the same platform ensures data consistency throughout the whole organization.
